SteerBridge is seeking a Training Curriculum Associate Manager to lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of high-impact learning solutions that strengthen workforce capability, engagement, and performance.
This role is ideal for a learning professional with strong experience in instructional design, curriculum planning, adult learning principles, and learning technologies. The Associate Manager will help shape engaging, learner-centered training programs and apply innovative instructional strategies to address complex performance needs. This position requires sound judgment, creativity, and the ability to work with a high degree of independence while contributing to measurable learning outcomes and program success.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and refine curriculum and training materials aligned to organizational and program goals
- Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to create engaging and effective learning experiences
- Evaluate training needs and recommend instructional strategies, delivery approaches, and learning solutions
- Build learner-centered content for a variety of formats, including instructor-led, virtual, self-paced, and blended learning
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and training team members to ensure content accuracy, usability, and effectiveness
- Support the development of performance-based training solutions that improve employee capability and readiness
- Track and contribute to learning metrics, evaluation efforts, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Leverage learning technologies and authoring tools to produce high-quality curriculum assets and training deliverables

- Ability to design training in complex or evolving environments
- Strong written communication, organization, and stakeholder collaboration skills
