SteerBridge is seeking a Training Curriculum Sr. Analyst to support the design, development, and delivery of impactful learning and performance support solutions that enhance workforce capability, engagement, and performance.

This role is well-suited for a learning professional with experience in instructional design, curriculum development, adult learning principles, and learning technologies. The Sr. Analyst will work closely with the training team to create engaging, learner-centered content and help develop effective instructional strategies for a dynamic and evolving environment. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can operate independently, adapt to ambiguity, and contribute to measurable training outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and update curriculum, instructional materials, and performance support resources
  • Apply instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles to create effective learning experiences
  • Support the design of learner-centered training solutions across multiple delivery formats
  • Collaborate with training team members and stakeholders to identify learning needs and content requirements
  • Help define instructional strategies and delivery methods that address performance gaps and support workforce development
  • Use learning technologies and authoring tools to build engaging and practical training products
  • Contribute to training evaluation, reporting, and continuous improvement efforts
  • Ensure training materials are clear, accurate, user-friendly, and aligned with program objectives

Qualifications
  • Intermediate experience in Curriculum Planning (P2)
  • Intermediate experience in Training Course Development (P2)
  • Knowledge of instructional design methodologies
  • Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS)


Preferred Skills/Qualifications
  • Experience with Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment while managing assignments independently
