With more than 300 employees, we are committed to delivering exceptional service, fostering innovation, and creating opportunities for professional growth.   Position Overview MEI Group USA is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Wholesale Administrator to support our Wholesale and Inventory operations. This position plays an important role in maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating vehicle logistics, processing auction transactions, and providing administrative support to the Wholesale & Inventory Director. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and enjoys working collaboratively with multiple departments.   What You’ll Do Provide administrative support to the Wholesale & Inventory Director. Perform daily inventory data entry and maintain accurate inventory records from multiple auctions and online sources. Process auction purchases, fees, and related documentation according to company procedures. Coordinate vehicle transportation through Dispatch Central to ensure timely inventory deliveries. Monitor shipment status and communicate updates as needed. Maintain organized records of inventory transactions and auction documentation. Assist with inventory reconciliation and reporting. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate inventory movement and documentation. Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned.   What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent required Previous administrative or inventory support experience preferred. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. Ability to quickly learn and utilize CRM and inventory management software. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
