Job Summary:
 ANCC is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Junior Tennis Instructor to assist in delivering high-quality instructional programs for junior players of all skill levels. This seasonal role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in a dynamic and supportive environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about tennis, enjoys working with youth, and has a strong desire to develop their teaching and coaching skills.
Job Duties:
 • Assist with junior tennis clinics, camps, and private lessons under the guidance of the Director of Tennis and senior staff.
 • Support the planning and implementation of age-appropriate drills, games, and instructional activities.
 • Help foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere that promotes sportsmanship, skill development, and fun.
 • Supervise children during programs to ensure safety and appropriate behavior at all times.
 • Maintain tennis courts and equipment, ensuring a clean and organized environment.
 • Assist with event preparation and operations for junior tournaments, socials, and team matches.
 • Provide exceptional customer service to members and their families, addressing inquiries and communicating program updates as needed.
Qualification Standards:
 • Prior experience working with children in a sports or instructional setting preferred.
 • Basic knowledge of tennis techniques, rules, and scoring.
 • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially with youth and parents.
 • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed for camp and clinic schedules.
 • Enthusiastic, team-oriented, and dependable.
 • Current CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
