We are looking for team members who are ready to be empowered to go above and beyond.   Status: Non-Exempt Reports to: Beverage Manager JOB SUMMARY The Multi-Venue Barback supports bartenders across multiple bar concepts on property, including a martini lounge, rooftop bar, and pool bar. This role is critical to the success of the bar team, ensuring bartenders have the tools, product, and support needed to deliver efficient and elevated service.    Barbacks must be highly organized, proactive, and adaptable—capable of supporting both high-end cocktail environments and fast-paced, high-volume venues. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate operational needs across varying service styles and environment ESSENTIAL DUTIES & FUNCTIONS   Operational Responsibilities Maintain full stock of liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, and bar supplies at all times   Prepare and restock garnishes, juices, glassware, ice, and batch items as needed   Ensure bartenders are consistently set up for success before, during, and after service   Anticipate needs and respond quickly to requests in real time     Guest Services Keep all bar areas clean, organized, and fully operational throughout service   Clear glassware, wash and polish as needed, and maintain par levels   Manage trash removal, recycling, and cleanliness of work areas   Support opening, mid-shift replenishment, and closing responsibilities across venues Team Support and Training Keeps bartenders fully stocked and prepared at all times without being asked   Maintains clean, organized, and efficient bar environments across all venues   Adapts quickly to changing volumes and service styles   Demonstrates urgency, reliability, and strong teamwork   Contributes to smooth, uninterrupted bar operations in all outlets  Communication and Reporting Work closely with bartenders to ensure seamless service execution   Communicate clearly and consistently with team members and leadership   Support overall team success by maintaining a positive, high-energy attitude   Assist servers and other team members when needed to support operations Safety & Compliance [Mention any duties related to maintaining a safe environment, following hotel policies, or meeting industry compliance standards.] QualificationsESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Strong verbal and written communication skills Effective time management and problem-solving skills Proficiency in [specify relevant software or technical skills] Ability to work well with a team and demonstrate attention to detail Excellent organizational skills and interpersonal abilities Valid TABC Certification (or ability to obtain)   Valid Food Handler Certification (or ability to obtain)   Physical Requirements Sitting: limited throughout shift Standing/Walking: Frequently on feet; moving continuously, climbing, walking for entirety of shift Lifting/Carrying: lifting, carrying, hauling, moving items up to 75 lbs of equipment and supplies (kegs, cases, glasses, etc.)   Working Environment Interior: Various outlets (martini lounge, rooftop and pool bar) and surfaces Exterior: Outdoor working environment varies based on outlet, will at times be exposed to weather conditions BASICS  Maintain cleanliness and organization in all work areas Display courteous behavior with guests and team members Report any unsafe conditions immediately Ensure hotel equipment is in proper working condition Perform any additional duties as assigned by the supervisor CANDIDATE PROFILE Education and Experience  Minimum one year prior hotel room attendant experience No minimum education requirements required
