You will remain visible to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $27.39 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or property management personnel while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of commercial real estate buildings, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor authorization in accordance with site procedures, and report access concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and actions through clear, accurate reports.
• Communicate professionally with property management, tenants, and first responders, escalating maintenance, security-related, and emergency concerns according to site protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least two years of security-related experience.
• Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
