Program Analyst: A Program Analyst evaluates, monitors, and improves organizational programs, policies, or systems to maximize efficiency and achieve performance goals. They analyze data, manage budgets, draft reports, and provide recommendations to management. This role frequently involves assessing compliance, streamlining workflows, and implementing new processes.
- Security: U.S. citizenship. Active (or the ability to obtain and maintain a) Top Secret security clearance.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in public administration, business, social science, or a related field
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and conduct research.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to prepare reports and present findings.
- Technical Proficiency: Ability to evaluate situations and provide/create, effective solutions.
- Experience: At least 10 years of Federal, state, or private sector work experience focused on policy, administration, program management, and/or compliance.
