Summary

In this role, you will be coordinating field and partner marketing initiatives, events, and other marketing projects focused on the US Federal Government. Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities are key, along with expertise in digital marketing tools. In this position, you’ll partner with cross-functional teams and make a direct impact on boosting brand visibility, engagement, and influencing sales. This is an office-based role at our D.C. Axis Experience Center, and candidates should reside within a 15-mile commuting distance of Arlington, VA.

Who is your future team?

The Mid-Atlantic Marketing Team currently consists of 9 members, based out of the Washington, D.C., Cincinnati, OH and Detroit, MI offices, with expectations of growing in 2026. As part of this team, you will collaborate closely with the Field Marketing Manager, the Field Marketing Team, and the Federal Sales Team on strategy, coordination, execution of local initiatives, field activities, events, and campaigns.

What you'll do here as a Field Marketing Coordinator:

• Act as a Brand Ambassador to ensure consistency in the business area

• Assist with the development and implementation of Federal Government marketing strategies for the Axis Experience Center and local Maryland/DC market

• Increase co-marketing initiatives and activity with Federal sales team, channel partner ecosystem, customers, and local industry associations

• Act as the point person for all internal (regional and national Axis teams) and external stakeholders (partners, customers, vendors, etc.)

• On-site support of (Federal) events and meetings within the Axis Experience Center, whenever required

• Maintain system records for ROI reporting purposes and own local marketing reporting by using Eventbrite, Salesforce/Pardot, Monday.com, and other tools

• Evaluate Federal events and conferences within the designated sales region as potential opportunities for Axis presence

• Work within given event budgets, including committed spend, invoice processing, and cost accrual

• Develop business acumen by participating in training offered internally and/or externally

• Other duties as assigned

Education and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field

• 2+ year experience in marketing

• 1+ year experience in customer service

• Experience with Microsoft Office, Canva, Salesforce/Pardot, and CRM tools preferred

• The ideal candidate lives within 15 miles of Arlington, VA

Pay range:

The approximate hourly pay range for this location and position is $29 - $31 an hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual's qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
