Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This role combines responsibilities across material handling, driving/delivery, and inventory control. The ideal candidate is experienced in warehouse environments, comfortable operating equipment such as sit-down forklifts, and confident using computer systems to track inventory and shipments.
Key Responsibilities
Material Handling
Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and products
Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately for shipment
Load and unload trucks using appropriate equipment
Maintain organized and clean warehouse spaces
Driving / Delivery
Safely operate company vehicles to deliver and pick up materials as needed
Ensure timely and accurate deliveries to job sites or customers
Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report maintenance needs
Inventory Control
Track inventory levels and update systems in real time
Perform cycle counts
Investigate discrepancies and support inventory accuracy initiatives
Label and organize materials for easy identification and retrieval
Equipment & Systems
Operate warehouse equipment including sit-down forklifts and pallet jacks
Use scanners, computers, and basic office tools for tracking and reporting
Qualifications
2–4+ years of warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Experience operating a sit-down forklift
Familiarity with inventory control processes and warehouse procedures
Basic computer skills (inventory systems, data entry, email, etc.)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift

Warehouse setting with exposure to varying temperatures

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with construction materials, tools, or industrial equipment
Knowledge of shipping/receiving procedures and documentation
Understanding of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) materials and industry practices is a strong plus
