During peak season, our team handles a high volume of inbound customer interactions, with Pond Techs typically assisting 50–70 customers per day by phone. Your goal isn't simply to answer the customer's initial question. You'll ask the right questions, understand their pond goals, educate them on their options, and recommend a complete solution.

  • Document customer conversations, sales activity, follow-up tasks, and relevant information accurately within our CRM
  • Assist customers with product, shipping, order, and post-sale questions
  • Monitor your individual sales metrics and use performance data to identify opportunities for improvement
