Summary of Position
As a Millwright, you'll work alongside experienced technicians installing, repairing, maintaining, and relocating industrial equipment at customer facilities throughout the Midwest.
You'll receive hands-on training while developing valuable skills in mechanical installation, fabrication, welding, and rigging.

What You'll Do
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Assist with the installation, repair, maintenance, and relocation of industrial equipment
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Learn to read blueprints and mechanical drawings
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Work with conveyors, bearings, pumps, motors, and other production equipment
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Assist with equipment rigging and installation
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Perform basic welding and fabrication (or learn these skills)
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Operate hand and power tools safely
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Assist with shop fabrication as needed
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Maintain a clean and safe work environment
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Travel with a crew to customer facilities throughout the Midwest
What We're Looking For
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Experience in manufacturing, maintenance, construction, farming, automotive repair, welding, or another skilled trade is a plus
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Ability to use basic hand and power tools
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Ability to read a tape measure
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Strong work ethic and reliability
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Commitment to safety
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Team-oriented attitude
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Millwright, welding, fabrication, or rigging experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate
Physical Requirements
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Lift up to 50 pounds regularly
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Ability to stand, kneel, climb, bend, and work in industrial environments
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
Travel & Schedule
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Some travel is required
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Weekend work during scheduled shutdowns on occasion
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Frequent overtime opportunities
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Double-time pay on Sundays
