At The Goddard School, our teachers are the heart of everything we do. We're looking for enthusiastic, caring Toddler Teachers and Early Childhood Educators who enjoy creating engaging experiences for children during one of the most important stages of development.
As a Toddler Teacher, you'll help children discover the world through hands-on learning, movement, music, sensory exploration, language development, and play. Every day is filled with exciting milestones, meaningful relationships, and opportunities to make a lasting impact.
We have full-time positions available and offer a supportive, collaborative environment where your creativity is encouraged. Using Goddard's research-based curriculum, you'll create engaging experiences that foster children's academic, social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
What You'll Do
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom where toddlers can explore with confidence.
- Plan fun, hands-on activities that encourage curiosity, language development, creativity, and problem-solving.
- Support children's growing independence while establishing consistent routines.
