Role Overview

As a Trip Experience Specialist, you'll work closely with travelers to plan personalized vacations, coordinate reservations, and provide guidance throughout every stage of the journey. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy connecting with people, solving problems, and creating seamless travel experiences while working in a flexible remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients to learn about their travel goals, destination preferences, schedules, and budgets
  • Research resorts, hotels, cruises, vacation packages, transportation, tours, and local experiences
  • Present customized travel recommendations tailored to each client's interests and expectations
  • Coordinate reservations, accommodations, transportation, and itinerary planning through approved supplier systems
  • Prepare travel itineraries, booking confirmations, documentation, and pre-departure information
  • Assist with itinerary updates, reservation changes, cancellations, and special accommodation requests
  • Review travel plans and booking details to help ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Maintain regular communication with clients by providing updates and answering travel-related questions
  • Keep detailed client records, booking information, and communication history within company platforms
  • Work with preferred travel suppliers to provide exceptional vacation planning and client support
  • Participate in supplier education, destination training, and ongoing professional development opportunities
