Serving over 90,000 patients annually, the hospital offers a full complement of services including, emergency care, and orthopedics. • Performs appropriate nursing history and physical at admission and on an ongoing basis.
• Provides baseline data pertaining to activities of daily living.
• Reflects physiological condition of the patient.
• Reflects psychosocial needs of the patient.
• Reflects perceptions of patient and/or significant others of his health problem(s) and his expectations of the present hospitalization.
• Provides information needed to begin discharge planning.

Job Requirements

Required

• Graduate of an accredited RN program
• Registered Nurse: CA RN License
• Basic Life Support - CPR BLS, within 30 Days
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support - ACLS, within 6 - months 
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support - PALS, within 6 - months
