We are seeking an experienced early childhood leader who is passionate about supporting children, families, and educators. Previous leadership experience and knowledge of Colorado licensing regulations are preferred. As the Assistant Director, you will assist the leadership team in implementing and supporting a high-quality program of care and education for the children, families and faculty in our school community.

Salary
- $58,000-$64,000 annually, based on Early Childhood Professional Credential 3.0 level and experience.

Schedule
- Full-time position, typically Monday through Friday
Required Qualifications
- Early Childhood Professional Credential 3.0 Level 3 or higher
- Knowledge of Colorado licensing regulations
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to supervise children while maintaining sight and sound supervision
- Ability to perform classroom support duties, including diapering and toileting when necessary
- Ability to lead staff through emergencies and crisis situations
- Commitment to maintaining a positive school culture
An offer of employment may be made contingent on the following:

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Director of Education and Director of Operations in maintaining a high-quality early childhood program.
- Ensure compliance with Colorado licensing, health, and safety regulations.
- Recruit, develop, coach, and support teaching staff.
- Conduct classroom observations and support curriculum implementation.
- Build strong relationships with families and serve as a school ambassador.
- Assist with enrollment, tours, and community outreach efforts.
- Support school operations, scheduling, and program administration.
