Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with developing personalized travel itineraries
Research and compare travel options including accommodations, flights, cruises, and activities
Coordinate and confirm reservations using approved booking platforms
Provide accurate travel information and helpful recommendations based on client preferences and budgets
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients through phone, email, and online messaging tools
Handle itinerary updates, booking adjustments, and service-related inquiries
Maintain organized client profiles and reservation documentation
Participate in virtual training sessions, meetings, and professional development opportunities
