Shift Supervisor

We’re looking for friendly, reliable, and just generally awesome Supervisors to oversee and work side by side with our wonderful team. The Supervisor is expected to support the General Manager with some of the daily administrative and operational duties, such as customer service, sales, paperwork, inventory, and labor control.

The Supervisor contributes to the success of the store by also supporting the Manager in overseeing and coordinating the activities of the employees to ensure friendly, professional, efficient, and courteous service to customers in a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment.

Responsibilities, work experience, skills and education:

• Manage time and shifts effectively
• Model appropriate behavior, and display a positive, upbeat attitude
• Train new staff and hold current staff to Snarf’s standards of operations
• Food/Order preparation
• Count/Reconcile Safe & Deposit
• Ability to multi-task and perform in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to follow direction and accept constructive feedback
• Prior experience in a fast-casual restaurant preferred but not required
• Basic math, writing, and computer skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: From $15.06 per hour
