Key Responsibilities

Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams
Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of milestones
Monitor project budgets, track costs, and implement cost-control measures
Review and interpret construction drawings, contracts, and specifications
Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
Conduct site visits and oversee construction progress
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders
Manage subcontractor performance, contracts, and deliverables

Qualifications

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
5–10+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
Proven experience managing ground-up and/or tenant improvement (TI) projects
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building systems
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Primavera)
Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and cost control processes
Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and permitting processes
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
