Fidelity Mechanical Services, a premier provider of Mechanical HVAC design, installation, and service in the Mid‐Atlantic region, is seeking aĀ Warehouse CoordinatorĀ to join our expanding business.Ā

The Warehouse CoordinatorĀ is responsible forĀ theĀ full-cycleĀ of parts services from receiving, shipping, distribution, warehousing and completing andĀ maintainingĀ all relevant paperwork.Ā 
Ā 
Responsibilities

  • Ensure that the warehouse is kept neat and orderly

  • Maintain the parts and tool inventories and track all tool transfers and loan-outs

  • UnloadĀ and orĀ load delivery trucks as needed.

  • Keep and maintain service records for all trucks and schedule repairs and maintenance as needed.

  • Request quotes, submit and gain managements approval for necessary repairs.

  • Track GPS system related failures and coordinate repairs with our Corporate Headquarters, as needed.

  • Review and analyze fuel consumption reports monthly with the operations manager.

  • Deliver parts or other materials to jobsites, when necessary.

  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. several times a day as needed for loading and unloading trucks. Limited overhead work.

  • Must be able to operate, or learn toĀ operate, a hand pallet jack.

  • Must be able to push or pull a loaded handcart several times a day as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a parts/warehouse or HVAC environment

  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills

  • Professional telephone manners

  • Excellent inter-company relations

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Ability toĀ maintainĀ professionalism during periods of high volume and stress

  • Ability to work with suppliers, service technicians, and management personnel

  • General administrative and basic computerĀ skillsĀ including internet usage.Ā
