Job Description

As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming and efficient store environment. Our associates are hands on in all areas of daily operations, ensuring our customers have an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately

• Restock shelves and merchandise displays, with a focus on tableware and home goods

• Unpack and process new merchandise shipments

• Break down cardboard boxes and maintain a clean, organized store environment

• Support general store upkeep and light cleaning tasks

Schedule & Availability:

• Work schedules are posted 2 weeks in advance

• Store hours: Monday–Saturday, 10 AM–6 PM (closed Sundays)

• Associates are expected to work Saturdays plus 2 additional shifts during the week

Qualifications

• Recent experience in a retail setting.
• Capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• High-energy, positive, and self-motivated individual who consistently makes a good first impression in customer interactions.
• Possesses a can-do attitude, is a collaborative team member, and enjoys working in a dynamic and enjoyable environment.

Additional Information

Position open to all US residents legally authorized to work in the US.

Competitive hourly wage without benefits as this is a part-time job.

Opportunity is open to candidates 18 years and older.
