ABOUT MILLWOOD GOLF & RV RESORT
Nestled in the beautiful piney woods of Southwest Arkansas on the shores of Lake Millwood, our resort is a premier destination for RV enthusiasts, golfers, anglers, and outdoor adventurers. We offer beautifully wooded RV sites, cozy Airbnb cabins, a championship golf course, a sparkling pool, and a vibrant community atmosphere.
We're looking for a dynamic, hands-on Resort Site Operations Manager to be the heartbeat of our resort — someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences and creating a place people can't wait to return to.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Guest Experience & Operations
• Be the friendly face guests see first — manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs
• Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally, turning problems into raving fans
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the RV park and Airbnb cabins
• Enforce park rules, policies, and safety standards
Property & Maintenance
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and groundskeeping across the entire property
• Conduct regular inspections of sites, utilities, and common areas
• Manage vendors and contractors
Community & Events
• Plan and host fun community events — potlucks, game nights, holiday celebrations
• Foster an inclusive, welcoming culture that keeps guests coming back year after year
• Promote events via social media, email, and park bulletins
Staff & Administration
• Hire, train, schedule, and lead park staff
• Manage collections, basic accounting, budgeting, and reporting
• Maintain accurate records using reservation and property management software
• Assist with online listings, marketing, and social media presence
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework in hospitality or business preferred
• 2+ years in property management, hospitality, campground, or RV park operations preferred
• Warm, outgoing personality with strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic bookkeeping and computer proficiency (reservation systems, email, spreadsheets)
• Self-starter who can manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
• Handyman / light maintenance skills are a big plus
• Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and on-call as needed
• Ability to walk the property daily and work outdoors; ability to lift up to 50 lbs
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

- Salary $45,000 – $48,000 DOE
- Paid Time Off 2 Weeks PTO + 6 Paid Holidays
