Job DetailsJob Location: US NC Asheboro - Asheboro, NC 27205Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $21.07 - $25.00 HourlyJob Shift: AnyJob Category: ManufacturingPosition Summary  Cleans and prepares injection molds for production as well as minor repairs as required.    Essential Duties and Responsibilities Follow procedures to dis-assemble. Clean and re-assemble injection molds.   Handle Injection molds safely.   Move molds to and from locations.   Preform minor repairs based on ability. QualificationsPreferred Skills Use of measurement tools (micrometers, calipers etc.).  Working knowledge of injection molds. Surface Grinding to within 0.0005”.  Fork Lift experience.   Education and Job Experience  High school Diploma preferred. 1+ years Machine Shop experience or relative class work.   Work Environment and Physical Demands  Must be able to tolerate standing for extended periods.  Pushing, pulling and lifting of approx. 50 lbs. at times. Climbing, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, kneeling. High noise levels from operating machines. Physical hazards from moving equipment and machine parts. Breathing fumes, dust and mist.
