Our sales associate teams enjoy flexible rotating schedules with some weekends off, a 40-hour work week and an average income of 110k/year with our salary + commission structure competitive pay plans!! Responsibilities and Duties: Exhibit consultative selling by assisting customers with their vehicle needs by asking questions and carefully listening to the customers responses. Build rapport and relationships with customers and following up with guests to build clientele for life. Perform high-quality, professional and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of vehicles. Upholding a strong focus on providing the highest level of customer service to our guests, each and every time. Stay up to date on products and be able to successfully explain product performance and product benefits to customers. Learn to overcome objections, close sales and perform all steps of the sales process are followed in accordance with company standards. Qualifications and Skills: Available to work flexible hours and weekends. Outgoing and friendly personality. Strong communication and organizational skills. Eager to improve and continuously learn about new products and services. Self-starter mentality with a go getter attitude to achieve quotas and metrics. Ability to provide excellent customer service experiences with every customer. Prior sales, customer service, or hospitality experience (preferred). Highschool diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license with acceptable motor vehicle record is required.
