Restaurant Floor Manager

About the Role

As a Restaurant Floor Manager, you will play an active, hands-on role in daily operations, including:

• Leading the floor and ensuring smooth, efficient service
• Supporting guests and team members with a positive, solutions-focused approach
• Expediting food and maintaining strong communication with the kitchen
• Monitoring service flow and overall guest satisfaction
• Training, coaching, and developing FOH staff
• Managing inventory and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
• Representing Pack's Tavern with professionalism and pride

What We're Looking For

• Previous restaurant management experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills
• Ability to stay calm and decisive under pressure
• Solid understanding of restaurant operations and service standards
• Comfortable learning and using POS systems
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to be on your feet for extended periods and assist with light lifting as needed

We're looking for someone who is self-motivated, dependable, and leads by example-someone who can step in, take ownership, and support both FOH and BOH as one team.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting salary: $60,000+ (DOE)
• Paid vacation:
  • 2 weeks after 1 year
  • 3 weeks after 3 years
  • 4 weeks after 5 years
