Overview

To provide clerical and administrative support to the Human Resources Director, Assistant Director of Human Resources and Human Resources Managers. To support the Human Resource function by providing a warm greeting and environment for all associates in the Associate Services Center. 

Responsibilities

  • Provides comfortable and hospitable reception to all associates upon entrance to the associate services offices.
  • Maintains an orderly reception area to ensure complete comfort of the client.
  • Makes appointments and maintains calendar for the Director of Human Resources.
  • Monitors and answers phones within 3 rings and professionally handles all phone inquires.
  • Monitors and maintains Associate Programs to include: birthday & anniversary listings and cards, ASC bulletin boards, associate flowers, cafeteria holiday decoration program, OSC and other postings as appropriate.
  • Participated in planning and execution of associate events.
  • Provides administrative and technical support to the HR Director and HR Managers.
  • Responsible for special projects as directed by the HRD
  • Issue name tags and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.
  • Organize and order all office supplies, including nametags.
  • Processes purchase orders and assists DHR Manager in maintaining the HR checkbook.
  • Processes invoices and related bills for associate housing
  • Files and maintains all Associate records, ensuring compliance with HR SOPs and legal requirements.
  • Prepares memos and other correspondence including employment verifications in a timely manner
  • Participates in the Resort’s Orientation Program.
  • Prepares monthly training and events calendar and newsletter.
  • Updates various logs and reports such as training logs, OSC nominees, etc.
  • Maintains adequate par level for New Hire Orientation Packets and other recurring meetings.

Qualifications

  • Relevant hospitality and/or customer service/administrative experience
  • Associates Degree; Preferably in hospitality or human resources management
  • Highly motivated self starter focused on quality, organization, guest service and teamwork.
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills.
  • Computer proficiency; specifically with Microsoft Office and Windows. Micros experience is preferred.
  • The ability to work in a fast paced high pressure work environment while executing delegated tasks and assignments
