Job Description Golden Hour is seeking a passionate and dedicated Line Cook to join our award-winning kitchen team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-standards environment and is committed to maintaining the excellence expected of a Michelin-recognized restaurant. Responsibilities include: Prepare and cook menu items according to Golden Hour’s recipes and plating standards Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes during service Work collaboratively with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service Assist with daily mise en place and station preparation Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures Support inventory management and proper storage of ingredients Adapt quickly during busy services while maintaining attention to detail   Driftwood Hospitality Management’s company culture empowers our associates to take initiative, be proactive, and contribute to the success of their property with well-defined strategies and objectives.
