Maintenance Technician - Full-Time

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll take care of both the hotel’s facilities and its public spaces, ensuring everything looks and works just as it should. What You’ll Do:

• Perform routine hotel maintenance tasks, including painting, plumbing repairs, electrical work, and HVAC service.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshoot systems to ensure the hotel is in top working order.
• Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests in a professional manner.
• Assist with stripping guest rooms by removing used linens, towels, and amenities in preparation for cleaning.
• Clean and maintain hotel public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, fitness centers, and meeting spaces.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, polish, and sanitize public areas following established standards.
• Empty trash receptacles and replenish supplies in public restrooms and other common areas.
• Assist with special projects or other duties as assigned by management.

What You’ll Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in maintenance, housekeeping, or related roles.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance systems (plumbing, electrical, mechanical) and cleaning procedures.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical stamina to perform maintenance and cleaning tasks for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
