What you will doĀ Ā 

  • Lead Salesforce‑based analytics to strengthen pipeline visibility, forecast accuracy, and commercial transparencyĀ Ā 

  • Build, enhance, and standardize Salesforce dashboards and reports that track pipeline health, win rates, pricingĀ behavior, and deal‑level marginsĀ Ā 

  • Integrate Salesforce opportunity and booking data with ERP and FP&A systems to create a consistent and reliable view of commercial performanceĀ 

  • AnalyzeĀ deal‑level economics using Salesforce and ERP data to guide pricing discipline and support negotiations with SalesĀ 

  • Monitor pricing leakage, discount trends, and margin variability byĀ leveragingĀ structured Salesforce data and automated reportingĀ 

  • Evaluate customer, product, and channel profitability using data from Salesforce and manufacturing cost driversĀ 

  • Lead revenue forecasting, backlog analysis, and mixĀ modeling, combining Salesforce data with operational inputsĀ 

  • Develop scalable data models and visualizations that provide actionable insights for Sales, Commercial Operations, and leadershipĀ 

  • Improve data quality across Salesforce, ERP, and financial systems to strengthen the accuracy and reliability of forecasting and reportingĀ 

  • Drive continuous improvement by automating KPIs, streamlining reporting processes, and enhancing analytical tools used across commercial financeĀ

Who you areĀ Ā 

  • You have strong experience working with Salesforce (Sales Cloud), including building dashboards, reports, and data structures that support commercial insightsĀ Ā 

  • You are highly skilled in financial and data analysis, comfortable working with large datasets from Salesforce, ERP, and financial systemsĀ Ā 

  • You translate complex analytics into clear, actionable recommendations for Sales, Commercial, and Manufacturing leadersĀ 

  • You bring 5–8+ years of experience in commercial finance, sales finance, or FP&A within a manufacturing environmentĀ 

  • You understand pricing, deal profitability, and the interplay between cost structure, mix, and market dynamicsĀ 

  • You are a proactive partner who enjoys collaborating with cross‑functional teams and supporting data‑driven decisionsĀ 

  • You work with accuracy, curiosity, and a continuous‑improvement mindset, especially around data integrity and reporting automationĀ
