The anticipated pay range for this role is as follows: $65k-75k annually. The actual compensation offered may vary based on job related factors such as experience, skills, education and location.

Shift: Sunday - Thursday, 11pm - 7am plus overtime as required on Fridays

Job Summary


The Production Supervisor ensures daily production goals are met within quality and safety standards. The supervisor manages teammates in the production team and trains teammates. Training includes procedures training for all production teammates; new hire onboarding, and Team Leader development.

Core Responsibilities

  • Utilizes knowledge about the assembly, manufacturing methods, techniques, and processes that are required to ensure products conform to established customer and company quality standards to lead the production team.

  • Assists Production Team Leaders as needed to ensure efficiency in all areas of Production.

  • Plans and builds to the daily production work schedule, ensuring production goals are met on a daily basis.

  • Ensures all Production Teammates are trained to understand procedures.

  • Ensures all direct reports understand and comply with established goals.

  • Troubleshoots daily problems and communicates all non-conforming situations or events to management. Ensures all documentation is completed to include Non-Conforming Material Reports (NCMRs), logbooks and the Device History Records.

  • Encourages all teammates to maintain all safety standards; as well as seeks to improve safety processes.

  • Enforces company work rules and industry standards to ensure quality.

  • Ensures waste is minimized in the assembly process.

  • Observes to ensure all line set-ups are balanced and operating properly.

  • Develops, recommends and implements more efficient processes that will increase productivity while maintaining quality standards.

  • Ensures new employees have a high level of care during the first few weeks of employment with special emphasis with onboarding.

  • Coaches and counsels employees who need help improving their job performance.

  • Promotes a positive work environment.

  • Prepares work schedules, assigns work and supports the Distribution Center Manager or Production Manager role.


Qualifying Experience

  • Requires an Associate’s Degree in a technical field; or three to five years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably one dealing with custom procedure trays.

  • Minimum two years leadership experience
