The Opportunity

As AyurPrana's Sales Executive, you will be the vital human bridge between people seeking transformation and the programs that can deliver it.. You drive bookings. You fill programs. You hit the number—and then you set a new one.


This is not a passive, order-taking role. It demands a self-starter who can manage a full sales funnel, relentlessly pursue leads, and close with confidence and grace. The product is extraordinary—world-class healing and education rooted in one of the oldest wellness traditions on Earth. Your job is to make sure the people who need it find it, and commit to it.

This is not a transactional sales role. It is a relationship-driven position that requires genuine curiosity about each prospect's journey, deep knowledge of our offerings, and the ability to guide people toward experiences that will genuinely change their lives. You will build long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders while directly supporting AyurPrana's strategic growth and the living legacy of Vasant Lad's work.


 

Primary Responsibilities


Client Engagement & Enrollment

  • Understand each prospective client's goals and needs—then convert. Identify the right service or program and guide them decisively through the enrollment or booking process.
  • Conduct compelling property tours and speak with authority and passion about all program offerings across AyurPrana's entities.
  • Execute high-volume inbound and outbound sales calls. Every interaction gets documented in the CRM—no exceptions.
  • Develop and relentlessly nurture long-term relationships with prospective clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive loyalty, referrals, and repeat revenue.
  • Own the full client journey from first contact through enrollment, ensuring every touchpoint reflects AyurPrana's values and moves the deal forward.

Sales Strategy & Growth

  • Hit weekly and monthly sales goals—then push for more. Maximize center revenue and RevPAR with urgency and precision.
  • Assist in building the annual Sales & Marketing Plan; own your piece of it and execute without hand-holding.
  • Develop and maintain strategic plans to retain existing clients and aggressively grow new revenue streams.
  • Develop, track, and maintain budget, forecast, and actual revenue measurement plans and reports.
  • Monitor lead inflow and pipeline performance—develop insights, make recommendations, and implement optimizations across MQLs, SQLs, and Closed/Booked deals.
  • Work closely with marketing to drive lead volume and improve lead quality; implement strategies, maintain the lead management process, and report results.
  • Ensure HubSpot data syncs seamlessly with other system integrations for accurate attribution, lead and revenue management, and reporting.
  • Build and maintain the lead generation funnel. Fully network and expand both new contacts and existing client relationships.
  • Capitalize on brand promotions, cross-selling opportunities, and joint marketing initiatives across AyurPrana's entities.
  • Drive market penetration and grow AyurPrana's visibility within wellness and Ayurveda communities.
  • Build and maintain sales reports with key performance indicators—know your numbers cold.

Experience & Education

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with a demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
  • 2–4 years of relationship management experience.
  • Passion for Ayurveda, wellness, or integrative healing—a genuine personal connection to this work is essential, not optional.

Skills & Competencies

  • Poise and confidence engaging with clients from affluent backgrounds—you match their energy and earn their trust.
  • Ability to close and convert effectively, efficiently, and with compassion and grace.
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills; a natural connector, storyteller, and persuader.

  • Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and program/guest management tools.

Physical Requirements

This role is active and on-site, reflecting the hands-on, community-centered nature of our work. Requirements include (but are not limited to):

  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 25 lbs.
  • Ability to stand, stoop, bend, crawl, reach above and below shoulders, climb ladders and stairs, and walk on uneven surfaces; repetitive arm and wrist use.
  • Must be able to operate a motor vehicle or have reliable transportation to travel between properties.
  • Must be able to recognize, register, and respond visually to color and depth perception.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Must be able to work indoors and outdoors, in varying temperatures, and in moderate noise environments.
  • Must be flexible to work flexible swifts, outside of working hours and/or on weekends.
