General RequirementsÂ
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving recordÂ
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screening if requiredÂ
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)Â
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularlyÂ
- Ability to work on ladders, lifts, and scaffoldingÂ
- Comfortable working in ceilings, crawl spaces, and construction environmentsÂ

What You’ll DoÂ
- Assist with installation of low-voltage cabling systems, including data, voice, fiber optic, and security cablingÂ
- Pull, route, label, and support termination of Cat5e, Cat6, and fiber optic cablesÂ
- Assist in installation of cable pathways such as J-hooks, cable trays, and conduitÂ
- Support installation of equipment including racks, patch panels, and network devicesÂ
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sitesÂ
- Follow all company safety procedures and industry standardsÂ
- Assist with basic testing and troubleshooting of installed systemsÂ
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and schematics (preferred)Â
What You’ll BringÂ
RequiredÂ
- High school diploma or GED preferredÂ
- 0–2 years of experience in construction, low-voltage, or related field (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply)Â
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and willingness to learnÂ
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a teamÂ
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctualityÂ
- Ability to work in active construction environmentsÂ
Physical RequirementsÂ
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.Â
- Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, climbing, and liftingÂ
- Ability to work on ladders, lifts, and in confined or elevated spacesÂ
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditionsÂ

- Familiarity with TIA/EIA standardsÂ
