Overview:
We are seeking experienced Superintendents and Assistant Superintendents to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in managing commercial construction projects, particularly within healthcare, higher education, and K-12 sectors, including both new construction and renovation projects.

Project Experience (Required):

Medical / Healthcare facilities
Higher Education (Colleges & Universities)
K-12 Schools
Experience in both New Construction and Renovation projects

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily construction activities on-site
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders
Monitor project schedules and resolve on-site issues proactively

Preferred Skills:

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to delivering high-quality projects
