We’re seeking a warm, polished, and hospitality-driven Host/Hostess to be the first and last impression of our guest experience. What You’ll Do · Welcome every guest with authentic warmth, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm. · Manage reservations and waitlists with grace, organization, and clear communication. · Create a seamless flow of service by coordinating thoughtfully with servers, managers, and kitchen teams. · Escort guests to tables while setting expectations and creating anticipation for their experience. · Maintain an organized, polished host stand and entry area that reflects our elevated yet playful spirit. · Handle guest inquiries — in person and by phone — with patience, positivity, and care. What We’re Looking For · A naturally friendly, outgoing personality with a true passion for hospitality. · Strong communication skills and the ability to stay poised under pressure. · Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. · The ability to multitask while maintaining warmth and professionalism. · Evening, weekend, and holiday availability. · Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred, but a genuine spirit of service is a must. Apply today and be the welcoming face of a team redefining Southern hospitality in style.  QualificationsKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES  Knowledge of all State, Federal and Corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests. Hold a current Food Handler Card or in the process of being certified. Must have basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette. Knowledge of the appropriate table settings and service ware. Basic knowledge of the English language sufficient to understand inquiries from customers and communicate simple instructions. Ability to comprehend and apply written product labeling instructions to enable the safe application of products and processes within the hotel.  PHYSICAL DEMANDS  Ability to transport up to 30 lbs. through a crowded room on a continuous basis throughout the shift.  Lifting thirty (30) pounds. Ability to move or push goods on a hand cart/truck weighing a maximum of 100 lbs. Constant standing & walking required.
