Position Objective:

Provide friendly, efficient service, prepare high-quality food, and create a welcoming restaurant environment to deliver memorable guest experiences.

Compensation:

Earn $12–17/hour, with additional premiums for:

• Open availability (any shift: mornings, evenings, weekends).
• Ability to open or close (requires training).
• Sunday or weekday adult (18+) availability.
• Performance excellence (e.g., guest satisfaction, order accuracy).

Premiums are cumulative, subject to management approval, and require 20 hours/week. Benefits include meal discounts and career advancement.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service with a positive attitude.
• Take accurate orders using POS systems and digital platforms.
• Prepare food to Culver’s quality and safety standards.
• Keep the restaurant clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Promote loyalty programs and seek guest feedback.

• Follow Culver’s operational and safety standards.
• Build team synergy for fast, accurate service.
• Demonstrate reliability; no-call/no-show behavior is not tolerated.
• Show adaptability and eagerness to learn.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong communication and customer-focused mindset.
• Team-oriented attitude with attention to detail.
• No experience required; training provided for POS and food prep.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, Sundays, holidays.
• Commitment to reliability; no-call/no-show behavior is not tolerated.
