JOB SUMMARY
Works closely with group leads to ensure schedule needs are met by completing change overs and troubleshooting production issues.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 View schedule and determine startups and changes need for the day.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Pull and set molds when scheduled, including PMs
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Performs audits daily to ensure processes are within tolerances..
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Clean molds daily and document.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Perform daily documentation of quality, maintenance, or tooling issues to our GMP standards.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Complete mold setup including mold hang, watering, robot setup, and startup.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Visually inspect startup parts before submitting to quality.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Make minor adjustments when needed to robot.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ensures production goals are met.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Escalates recurring issues through the proper chain of command.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Follows simple, standardized and routine written directions for assigned daily tasks.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Maintains machine cleanliness standards
EDUCATION AND MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
- A.S. Degree in manufacturing or plastics engineering or equivalent certifications preferred
- 3-5 years experience in an injection molding environment with specific exposure to machine maintenance, robotic programming and processing parameters and controls a plus
- Or equivalent combination of education, certifications and experience
