About the Role:
The Front Desk Administrative Assistant plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the front office. Minimum Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate degree or higher in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience with ADP or other human Resource Information System (HRIS).
- Familiarity with HR administrative tasks including onboarding.
- Knowledge of commercial construction practices and terminology.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to appropriate personnel.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
- Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and office records accurately.
- Support administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and inventory tracking.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely communication and task completion.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping and invoice processing as needed.
- Ensure the front desk area is organized, clean, and presentable at all times.
