IAA, an RB Global Company, is seeking an Account Manager - Field Operations. This is a remote position based anywhere in the United States, with limited travel required to support business needs.

The Account Manager – Field Operations is the ambassador to our customers and serves as a strategic partner to both customers and internal teams, driving operational excellence across markets and service lines. This role is responsible for working with and consulting providers on the auction process, distributing operational performance metrics, monitoring cycle times, and implementing and providing oversight for new services, processes, and geographic markets. The Account Manager will also interact with IAA field, sales, and corporate personnel. This role requires a strong level of organization and the ability to transition effectively between administrative, operational, and process-related functions. 

Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Work to provide daily assistance with communication between IAA branches and provider.
  • Monitor SLA compliance and work with operations team to determine cause and appropriate action plan in instances where compliance is not met.
  • Solution escalations and complaints from providers and help address any areas of concern they may have.
  • Work with IAA reporting group to provide report framework on data requests from IAA operations or providers.
  • Review all reporting that is provided to the provider
  • Help manage relationships between IAA employees and providers
  • Support CAT operations, as requested

Core Competencies:

  • 5+ years of experience in operations, process improvement, or account management in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. 
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting data and translating insights into action. 
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset. 
  • Highly collaborative, with experience working across diverse teams. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with data visualization tools is preferred. 
  • Candidate must show history of tactful and positive dealings with all levels of personnel within an organization, internal and external
  • Excellent oral presentation and written communication skills essential
  • Must be able to multi-task, prioritize and adjust schedule to meet multiple deadlines
  • Willing to operate within a team environment
  • Able to work independently and be a self-starter
  • Candidate would ideally have worked or have rental &/or vehicle wholesale background. 
  • Position requires 25-30% travel

Education and Certification Requirements:

  • College degree or comparable work experience
  • 5+ years business operations knowledge, automotive branch experience or relative experience required
  • Operational experience on all IAA operating and reporting systems preferred, not required
