Full Time Nanny - Henrico

Compensation: $17-$19 an hour

Start Date: September 8, 2026

Position Description:

A warm and welcoming family in Henrico, VA is seeking a reliable, caring, and engaging long-term nanny to care for their 3-year-old child and and 3-month-old. This opportunity is ideal for someone with experience caring for both toddlers and infants who enjoy providing nurturing, attentive care. Responsibilities include engaging the toddler in age-appropriate activities, reading books, encouraging play and learning, preparing meals and snacks, supporting nap routines, and keeping children's areas tidy. Newborn responsibilities include infant feeding, diaper changes, naps, meeting milestones, and developmental support. CPR certification is required and updated vaccines including Tdap, MMR, Influenza and Covid. The family is excited to welcome a nanny who will become a trusted part of their routine!

Schedule: 

The schedule is flexible and provided in advance. Care will typically be needed for max 3-4 days a week ranging from the days/times below. Occasionally 8:00am-2:00pm.

• Monday 8:00am – 4:00pm
• Tuesday 8:00am – 4:00pm
• Wednesday 8:00am – 4:00pm
• Thursday 8:00am – 4:00pm
• Friday 8:00am – 4:00pm

Children: 3 yro & 3 mo

Qualifications: English Speaking. Experience working with children ages newborn and up. Punctuality, reliability and communication are extremely important. Reliable transportation and willingness to transport children. Able to commit to the schedule for the long-term future.
