As Marketing Manager, and key member of the Marketing Team, you drive brand awareness and lead generation for one of our three business units and lead a team of Technical Insides Sales Representatives. This position is located at our US Headquarters in Ashland, VA. The base salary range for this position is $86,700/year to $92,000/year. We offer full benefits, a profit-sharing contribution to your 401k and a $10,000 anniversary bonus every five years.

Job Description

• Work with key stakeholders to design short- and long-term Marketing campaigns and strategies
• Execute tactically on these strategies through content development and management including e-mail, social media, web, print advertising, and more
• Work with the global team and localize global marketing messages to best support local needs
• Develop and track actionable Marketing performance data
• Use performance data to present campaign and activity results, as well as to propose future strategies

Qualifications

• Superior problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience leading and executing digital marketing campaigns
• Experience in B2B marketing of technical/ capex equipment.
• Strong presentation skills
• Knowledge of scientific methods and related applications a plus
