Join our Manufacturing team and contribute to the production of high‑quality MatTek tissue models in an on‑site laboratory environment. As part of the Tissue Production group, in the Production Associate role, you will support key processes that ensure consistency, reliability, and scientific excellence in our product portfolio. Working under the guidance of senior team members and the Laboratory Supervisor/Manager, you will play a vital role in day‑to‑day laboratory operations.

This is an onsite position in our Ashland, MA location.

What you will accomplish together with us:

Preparation of media and supplements forms a core part of the production workflow, requiring precision and reliability
Trypsinization and cell counting are executed consistently following SOPs to ensure cell integrity
Feeding of tissues and cells is performed using sterile technique with strong attention to detail
Packaging of tissue products for shipment is carried out to maintain high-quality standards
Shipping processes—such as packing boxes and verifying contents against MAOs—are part of the routine operational responsibilities
Supporting Laboratory Assistant tasks as needed rounds out the scope of this role

What Will Convince Us:

Bachelor’s degree in a science discipline or related field or an associate’s degree in a science discipline or related field with 2+ years of hands‑on cell culture experience.
Foundational knowledge of mammalian cell culture
Solid understanding of aseptic technique
Experience previously gained in a Laboratory Assistant role is beneficial and completes the profile
