We are looking for motivated, reliable Warehouse Workers to join our team in our new Richmond / Ashland branch! No experience operating forklifts? No problem! We provide 100% paid training and certifications. If you have a great attitude and love working with a team, we want to talk to you.

What You Will Do

Pick & Pack: Safely select, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping.
Load & Unload: Move materials safely around the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and handcarts.
Receive Stock: Count and check incoming shipments to make sure everything is accurate.
Keep it Safe: Help keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe for everyone.
Use Basic Tech: Input simple data into our computer system and complete basic paperwork.

What We Are Looking For

Ability to stand during your shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
A safety-first mindset to protect yourself and your coworkers.
Ability to read and follow simple instructions.
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
