Nursery Installer and Delivery Driver

Nursery Installer Position

Cross Creek Nursery is seeking a driven, hard-working individual to join our Nursery Install team. A member of the Nursery Install team must be very detail oriented, organized and physically capable of meeting the demands of the position. Candidates must be able to prioritize their time, work efficiently and be open to working weekdays. It is imperative that individuals possess the highest level of customer service and base all decisions around the customer experience. Horticulture experience and plant knowledge is preferred, but not required.

Some of the primary responsibilities include:

• Executing deliveries and plantings for the West End Nursery
• Manage themselves/their schedule to complete each job for the day in a timely manner
• Adhere to the highest standards in planting and while installing material for guests
• Assist in transporting inventory between Nurseries

The ideal candidate would preferably possess the following:

• Ability to repetitively lift more than 50 lbs
