We are seeking a proven F & I Leader – someone who has proven success in developing teams, driving performance, and holding high standards in the finance office. This role is for a professional ready to extend their impact beyond a single store, helping shape the success of multiple F & I teams across our growing automotive group. You will be training, mentoring, and coaching in the field with a focus on execution, accountability, and bottom line results.

This position will play a key role in coaching both new and established F & I Managers across our 13-store network. Your work will directly improve two core metrics: Net F & I Performance and Service Contract Penetration.

This is a hands-on, in the field position – not a remote or classroom-only role. You’ll be working shoulder to shoulder with our F & I teams, identifying gaps, reinforcing fundamentals, bringing new ideas, and helping individuals grow into high-performing professionals.

  1. What You Will Be Responsible For:
    1. Onboarding and developing new F & I Managers
    2. Providing ongoing coaching and refinement for current F & I professionals.
    3. Evaluating performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
    4. Teaching best practices in presentation, product structure, compliance, and process.
    5. Traveling consistently to work directly with teams at the store level.
    6. Reporting on progress with clarity, transparency, and accountability.

  1. You Will Thrive Here If You:
    1. Have a strong track record in F & I Performance.
    2. Enjoy teaching, developing people, and building sustainable success.
    3. Understand the difference between managing numbers and coaching behavior.
    4. Know how to challenge respectfully and lead by example.
    5. Are organized, communicative, and committed to helping others win.

  1. This Role Offers:
    1. The chance to impact performance across multiple stores.
    2. The opportunity to shape a stronger F & I culture from the ground up.
    3. A fast-paced, no politics environment that values results and professionalism.
    4. Travel, autonomy, and support form leadership that’s invested in your success.
