Position DetailsÂ
- Pay Rate: Starting at $16.00 per hourÂ
- Schedule: Multiple shifts availableÂ
- Location: Various residential and community-based settingsÂ
What You’ll DoÂ
- Provide person-centered support to individuals with disabilities in residential homes, community settings, and day programs.Â
- Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, medication reminders, housekeeping, and transportation.Â
- Support individuals in building independence and life skills.Â
- Encourage participation in community activities, outings, appointments, and social events.Â
- Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment that promotes dignity and self-determination.Â
- Build positive, supportive relationships with the individuals you serve.Â
- Collaborate with team members, families, and healthcare professionals to implement individualized support plans.Â
- Assist individuals with routines such as shopping, cooking, cleaning, and attending medical appointments.Â
- Document services and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.Â

Requirements
 What We’re Looking ForÂ
- Must be at least 18 years oldÂ
- High school diploma or GED requiredÂ
- Valid Ohio driver’s license with 4 points or fewerÂ
- Valid auto insuranceÂ
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable attitudeÂ
- Strong communication and interpersonal skillsÂ
- A genuine desire to make a positive difference in the lives of othersÂ
