Job Summary:

This role is responsible for providing technical sales support and customer solutions related to Fabick's technology portfolio, including SITECH, marine technology, Teledyne Construction products, and other advanced systems. The position supports the sales team with pricing, configurations, and technical expertise, customer support and training, and acts as a liaison between sales and service teams. The goal is to ensure seamless integration, troubleshooting, and training for all technology products and systems sold by Fabick Technology Services.

 

Responsibilities:

* Advise and consult customers on technology-related product support needs.

* Assist sales team with technical configurations, pricing, and product knowledge.

* Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training for technology systems via phone, in-person, or remotely.

* Support technicians with installation processes, calibrations, and setup of technology products; ensure consistency across branches.

* Order, prepare, and configure technology equipment for installation or delivery including parts orders and warranty replacements.

* Document hardware/software issues, installation steps, and customer usage; provide feedback for improvements.

* Develop training materials and conduct on-site customer training for technology systems.

* Maintain strong customer relationships and resolve technology-related issues promptly.

* Help manage technology-related inventory, repair requests, and rental kits.

Qualifications

Requirements

* High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

* Mechanical and Electrical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skills.

* Experience with construction technology systems preferred.

* Knowledge of surveying, machine control, grade control, and site positioning systems (GPS, total station).

* Proficiency in Trimble software (Siteworks, Earthworks, Roadworks, Groundworks) and familiarity with competitive systems (Topcon, Leica) preferred.

* Computer networking skills and proficiency in Windows & Microsoft Office Suite.

* Strong communication skills and ability to deliver customer training.

* MSHA and Boater Safety certification preferred.
