We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Material Planner to join our team. In this role, you will ensure the right materials are available at the right time to keep production running smoothly. You will manage inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and support production scheduling to maintain a seamless flow of materials throughout the operation.

Your Impact
- Execute daily material planning to support production schedules
- Analyze data and ensure timely availability of materials
- Monitor inventory to prevent shortages, overstock, and aging items
- Communicate forecasts and delivery requirements to suppliers
- Expedite or de-expedite materials based on production needs
- Provide material status updates
- Maintain accurate data within ERP systems and planning parameters
- Support continuous improvement efforts to optimize material flow and reduce costs

Your Experience and Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, or a related field (preferred)
- 2–5 years of experience in material planning, purchasing, or production control
- Strong understanding of inventory management
- Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Travel required (minimal as needed)
Your Compensation and Benefits
Expected annual salary for this role will be $45,000 - $55,000, plus eligible for an annual bonus. This is dependent upon job related knowledge, experience, and skills.
