Purpose: 

Students are/will be enrolled in the John Deere Agriculture Technician Program at either Lake Land College, Vincennes University, or Northeast Iowa Community College. Students attend and participate in hands-on classes at school while completing paid internships at their sponsoring store.

Responsibilities/Requirements:

1. Learns to performs basic diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on agricultural and turf equipment through hand-on classes throughout program and paid internships at their sponsoring store
2. Actively participates and attends all classes during entire program
3. Regularly attends and works the required hours during internships
4. Must maintain a good driving record in compliance with company Motor Vehicle Records criteria throughout employment
