As Sloan Express Warehouse Support, you'll play an essential role in delivering the parts our customers depend on. From receiving shipments and accurately pulling orders to preparing parts for shipment, you'll help ensure our warehouse operates safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

What You'll Do:

Accurately pull, package, and stage parts for customer orders to ensure timely shipment.
Receive, verify, and process incoming parts shipments.
Monitor inventory shortages and communicate replenishment needs to the Warehouse Manager.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse, including shipping and inventory areas.
Follow established warehouse procedures to support efficient daily operations.
Assist with additional warehouse duties and projects as assigned.

What You'll Bring:

Warehouse experience preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent experience.
Basic data entry and keyboarding skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Ability to safely lift and move items weighing up to 75 pounds.
Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain if required).
Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Must maintain a good driving record in compliance with company Motor Vehicle Records criteria throughout employment.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.

Pay Information:

The hourly pay range for this position is $17 to $20. This reflects a reasonable estimate of the targeted base hourly wage for this role. Based on factor such as geographic location and candidate qualifications, actual base pay is determined when an employment offer is made.

In Season Hours: Monday-Friday 7am-5pm, Saturday 7am-12pm (rotation determined by Warehouse Manager)
Off Season/Winter Hours: Monday-Friday 7am-5pm
*In Season Hours may be extended during peak seasons (planting, harvest, or any other peak selling season) to meet the needs of the store. Extended Hours are determined by the needs of the store and subject to change. *
*Off Season Hours are from November-March. Start and end date to winter hours is dependent on year and subject to change. *
