What You’ll Do
As a CNA, you’ll provide hands-on care and support to residents while building meaningful relationships.
Your day may include:
- Assisting residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming)Â
- Supporting mobility, transfers, and restorative care programsÂ
- Helping with meals, hydration, and nutritionÂ
- Monitoring residents and reporting changes to the nursing teamÂ
- Providing compassionate, person-centered care tailored to each residentÂ
- Supporting a positive, respectful, and team-oriented environment

Requirements
 What Makes You a Great Fit
- Current Oregon CNA licenseÂ
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)Â
- A genuine passion for caring for othersÂ
- Strong teamwork and communication skillsÂ
- Ability to stay positive and compassionate in a      fast-paced environmentÂ
Physical Requirements (Real Talk) This is an active role. You’ll:
- Be on your feet, walking and assisting residents throughout your shiftÂ
- Lift/move up to ~60 lbs with proper equipment and team supportÂ
- Help residents safely transfer and moveÂ
