Pay: $48,000 annually

What you will be doing: You’ll be responsible to act as the on-site supervisor of all the construction trade programs and instructors. Coordinates with national training contractors. Administers construction trades' projects in compliance with government and management directives and federal, state, and local regulations.
Essential functions:Â
- Ensure all required budget and project progress reports are compiled and filed in accordance with Department of Labor requirements.
- Assist with the development and implementation of new and revised policies and procedures affecting career technical training.Â
- Coordinate approved activities, plans and projects with nation training contractor (NTC) instructors and coordinators.Â
- Evaluate and develop curricula, instructional materials, methods and techniques.
- Ensure all CTST reporting forms required are compiled and filed in accordance with DOL requirements; ensure adherence to center's CTST plan.Â
Education and Experience Requirements:Â
- Bachelor's degree in vocational training or associated field and three years related technical experience preferred.Â
- Directly related experience may be considered in lieu of formal education requirements.Â
- One year recent supervisory experience required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and computer proficiency required.Â
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.Â
